responsibility…to vote!
2025 Board of Directors
Three members will be elected to the Board of Directors for a 3-year term.
Venessa Koehn
Incumbent | Member since November 1998
My superpower lies in being a WRCU board member, small business owner, and community advocate, all while working to strengthen our local neighborhood by involving my family in local schools, sports clubs, and church. With a passion for horses, creativity, and using technology to enhance service settings, I’m always ready to take on any challenge that comes my way!
My favorite superhero is Elastigirl, from The Incredibles. She has the ability to stretch her body to incredible lengths and shapes, using her powers to protect her family and fight crime.
Being a member of WRCU matters to me because they are the unsung hero of our community, offering personalized service and putting members first. With a strong focus on fiscal responsibility, local growth, and educating future generations, I’m proud to be aligned with an organization whose reputation stands out among its peers.

Todd Huizenga

My superpower is consistency. An underrated superpower, but a highly effective one!!
My favorite superhero is The Hulk because the TV show all those years ago was the BEST!
Service and security are the first two reasons why being a member of WRCU matters to my family and me. The third and fourth reasons are the great sense of community found here and the real historical significance of WRCU here on the plateau.

Eric Hyatt
Incumbent | Member since August 1995
My superpower is faith, family, and community. Simple as that. I think I am old enough to admit that the only thing “super” about me are the people around me that make me want to be a better person every day.
My favorite superhero is Superman! No question. He’s the OG that every other superhero is compared to. Come on, you know it’s true.
Being a member of WRCU matters to me because they truly care about their community. No one is just a number at WRCU. They’re family. And that is something I love being a part of.

2025 Supervisory Committee
One member will be elected to the Supervisory Committee for a 3-year term.
Suzie Johnson
NOMINEE | Member since March 1992
My superpower is that I volunteer at our church and also volunteer for a variety of activities at our Swiss Club.
My favorite superhero is Wonder Woman, as she is a strong and confident woman.
Being a member of WRCU matters to me because I like the personal relationships with the employees (tellers, etc.); always upbeat, kind, and very helpful. From making deposits to withdrawals and applying for a loan…they are the best!
