Rocky Raccoon Is Online…
And he’s got something to share about WRCU’s kid’s savings accounts. We’ve just launched Rocky Raccoon’s new web page to supply our members and their little savers with everything they need to start a kid’s savings account. If you’ve ever wondered how to set your kids up for financial success, Rocky is here to save the day! Children ages 0-12 can enroll in the Rocky Raccoon account membership with just $25 to get started.
Beyond sharing all the account perks, Rocky helps educate your kids with great saving tips and activity sheets to keep the fun rolling. Check out the page for yourself to see what Rocky has been up to!
Rocky’s New Pad at the CU
Rocky hasn’t just been busy working online; he’s also been working hard at WRCU to update his pad. If you visit us in person, we hope you spend some time in Rocky’s corner to check out his savings tree and lifesize standup. When your child opens an account with us, they will get to place a leaf on Rocky’s tree with their name on it. Sounds like the perfect opportunity for a photo op. Say cheese!
Where’s the Popcorn?
It’s movie night with Rocky! White River Credit Union will be hosting a free community movie night at the Chalet Theatre in Enumclaw on September 17th at 2:45 pm. We’ll be showing the classic movie The Goonies. Sounds like a good time? Here’s the best part: contribute to our annual school supply drive by bringing a donation to the show and enjoy free popcorn! (Hopefully, Rocky doesn’t eat it all.)
